Hey Yogis
Come along and join us on
Friday night October 25th 6.30pm-7.30pm
Yoga Byrne studio Cannington
For an hour with Clare Dawson on mindfulness Meditation
This hour with Clare is a donation based class OR FREE your choice
Clare is a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation called MBSR she also has a BA in sociology, a grad dip in clinical counselling and is a registered sports coach
Clare works with teams from the AFL, WAFL and WA Pro Golf
She is a yogi from our studio and is coming to us on a professional level to teach us a little about mindfulness meditation.
Mindfulness is just paying attention. It sounds simple but it's a hard skill to learn. Being mindful means switching from ' doing' to ' being’ and having the courage to mono task rather than let the 21st century mind scream at you to struggle to do multiple tasks.
Clare will take the wholeness of everyone on a journey back to stillness providing powerful triggers to access tranquillity and peace wherever and whenever life takes us away from our true nature.
She will begin with a technique of very quick brain stimulus words which stills thinking.
Of course, breath is the key to release. Then she will do a tailored guided meditation to change the vibrational level of our attachment to stress.
With embed visual and tactile triggers to practice releasing burden and attaching to compassion.
She will finish with a self-affirming gratitude practice.
Sound like something you may like to have an energy share with?
