Description
This groovy workshop is taught by renowned instructor, Asha Daniels, encouraging movement/music & yogic expression. Students can expect to get deeper into the connection of their body, mind and soul by moving with intuition, freedom and a space of trust and love. The very first movement of our bodies is the natural movement of our breath - so you'll begin by awakening your natural flow and learning to harmonise your breath and body through the beauty of music, observing the inner rhythm we all possess. Join us in experiencing yoga at its core. Fun and free-spirited, kids/teens and adults will enjoy this experience! No previous dance experience required, just the ability to breathe!
