YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Hi, I bring over 20 years experience in the health care industry to the mat. In addition to my Yoga Teacher training  I am a qualified massage therapist and have pratised different alternative therapies, as such bring an experience of the anatomy and physiology of the human body to my classes.
 
I particularly focus on catering to all levels by offering progressions within each posture/movement, and by
the addition of props where required to allow the movements to be accessible to all.
