Yoga for Anxiety and depression
This special yoga workshop will introduce postures with props,
meditation and breathing exercises and Deep soulful relaxation[Yoga
Nidra] which have been shown to alleviate the symptoms of depression
This workshop is open to all students with or without yoga experience. In
this 2 hour workshop the students will experience how the body and
mind can work together to create peace, happiness and wellbeing. This
would be a wonderful adjunct to individual therapy,and is compatible
with other conventional and alternative therapies.
