Join us for the most cherished of practices with one of the most beloved of teachers Jane Crosland as we take a cumulative meditation practice over 3 consecutive days.
Each day is set with an early morning practice that establishes the qualities and focus needed to be present, letting go of the stories and judgments that tie us to the past, or make us fearful of the future. Thru mindfulness practices we develop greater clarity and perspective, in turn empowering us to respond to difficulties appropriately and less reactively.

Please note - Our 5 week term meditation courses run Mondays 6.30 – 7.30 pm. Each class is a continuation from the last, covering 5 separate meditataion modules over the space of 5 weeks. Next course commences July 25th 2016.
