The level 2 beginners course flows on from the foundational training of the level 1 offerings.
Finding a slightly more rigorous practice with more attention to the instruction of the breath, this course opens up the experienced beginners vocabulary of postures and sequences.
Taught by some of the best teachers on our faculty, this course works to develope steadiness and ease in the student.
Becoming better acquainted with their body and eventually with the breath.
Beginner courses are not the end, but the beginning. A place where the student ignites the hidden force of yoga from within to throw light on the pathway of the Yogic journey ahead.
