International Day of Yoga - Sunday June 21
The United Nations has recently announced June 21 as the International Day of Yoga to commemorate the ancient practice and to promote health in a holistic manner that benefits physical and mental health.
To celebrate, we are holding a free 30 minute seminar on some aspects of yoga philosophy and its teachings. This will be presented by Maggie. Those who wish can then join us for a 1030am class taught by Maggie and Anita (as per normal timetable and class rates - all proceeds will go towards our fundraising for the survivors of the Nepalese earthquake) followed by a scrumptious lunch at the Winston at 1230pm where we can meet and spend some time with our fellow yogis and yogis off the mat!
Please RSVP by Thurday June 18 if you wish to join us for lunch as we will need to reserve a table.
