Description: Meditation for Peace and Happiness is a 4 week Meditation Course based on the Yogic tradition of concentrating and relaxing the whole person. It includes mindfulness, cleansing thought, affirmation directed meditation, use of Mala beads, strategies for advancing focus and encouraging compassion…. techniques that inspire calm and peace to the meditator.
