Meditation involves a range of practices that turns the mind inward and brings focus to either the body, breath, an object, image, thought, sound or feeling. Meditation can help to quieten the mind, restore clarity, develop awareness, bring insight and instil peace. This four week meditation course explores a range of skills and techniques that will help you to develop your own practice of Meditation and find your peace within.
