This 4 week meditation course includes a range of practices including guided mediation, mindfull awareness and focus techniques. Each week follows a theme such as: being present in the body; witnessing the mind; opening the heart; and expanding consciousness. Great course for any one wanting to explore and expand their experience of meditation.
