Join us for a full weekend away from the mundane and immerse yourself in all aspects of Yoga. This is an opportunity to step back from your normal daily routine and use the tools of asana, pranayama, and meditation to start to reveal who you really are, and to let go of some of the "baggage" of past experiences in order to live every moment of every day with a deeper sense of joy and fulfillment.
Fantastic Vegetarian food will be prepared with love by Nadine Campbell of Asha Holistic Health; those of you who've tried Nadine's food will know how special it is.
