Classes are kept small to enable individual attention.
SPRING TERM starts 11 OCTOBER ends 17 DECEMBER (10 weeks)
Tuesdays: 09.30 to 11.00 am (Experienced)
Thursdays: 10.30 to 12.00 pm (Mixed).
Saturdays: 10.30 to 12.00 pm (Stretch & Revitalise - beginners welcome)
Tuesdays: 7.30 to 9.00 pm (Mixed)
Thursdays: 6.00 to 7.15 pm (Beginners)
Thursdays: 7.30 to 9.30 pm (Experienced)
What to bring: if you don't have your own yoga mat studio mats can be used or good quality eco mats can be purchased from the centre.
What to wear: something loose & comfortable.
