INVERSIONS with PROPS:
In this first workshop, after a short preparation, we'll explore the up-side down poses & their variations. Props will be used to assist in the understanding of the asanas & to feel correct movement & action without stress or strain.
DATE: Saturday 3 SEPTEMBER
TIME: 4.00 to 6.00 pm.
BACK EXTENSIONS with PROPS:
In this second workshop the focus wil be on poses which strengthen & prepare for a liberating Urdhva Danurasana (full back extension)
DATE: Saturday 10 SEPTEMBER
TIME: 4.00 to 6.00 pm
2 CPD points for each workshop for YA members.
These workshops are not suitable for new comers to yoga.
What to bring: if you don't have your own yoga mat studio mats can be used or good quality eco mats can be purchased from the centre.
What to wear: something loose & comfortable.
