Beginners Course - Hatha Yoga

The Hatha Yoga Beginners Course is a safe and gentle introduction to the Yoga Postures, Relaxation, Philosophies and Breath work. Having completed the course, students feel comfortable and confident moving into classes as a casual student. We help students to understand the history of the yoga practices whilst actually physically realising the benefits. Students are taken step by step towards understanding how to practice Yoga. They begin by learning the individual postures, sequences, practices and eventually at the end of the course the final lesson typifies the kind of casual class they might experience when they join an existing Hatha Class.

The Beginners Course costs $110 for 6 Lessons over 6 weeks.  The cost includes the use of all Yoga accessories and materials.
