March Weekend Iyengar Retreat

Tyraman is a beautiful retreat centre in the Hunter Valley surrounded by gardens and water-lily ponds. A retreat gives us the opportunity to surrender completely to the yoga process in a supportive and peaceful natural environment. Retreats let us simplify our lives, conserve our energy and invest it in our yoga practice. There’s also more space for meditation, pranayama and restorative poses. Accommodation is shared but spacious and linen and towels are provided. It’s about a 3 hour drive to Tyraman. Bring your yoga gear - mat, 4 blankets, 2 belts, 2 bricks. We’ll arrange a car pool, so let me know if you’re driving or need a lift.

Cost includes tuition, meals and accommodation. The retreat will be catered if numbers allow, otherwise we cater for each other in groups to a pre-arranged menu and all ingredients supplied.

Sat 14th March 8-10 am asana class, 4-6pm asana and pranayama class

Sun 15th March 8-11am asana and pranayma class
