BEGINNERS COURSES are for students new to Iyengar yoga as well as for those returning after a break who wish to refresh themselves on the fundamentals.
These courses are by enrolment only. They are structured over 6 weeks, sostudents new to yoga can learn in a steady and systematic way with the same teacher and group.
Attending these courses is the best way to start yoga.
Over the six weeks the teacher will introduce you to the foundation postures (asanas) that form the basis of Iyengar yoga. Our teachers are all highly trained and experienced. They will guide you step by step to achieve a good understanding of the foundation syllabus.
Once you have completed these courses you will be ready to join any of the Level 1 classes at the Yoga Centre.
