with Robyn Adler May 3, 4 and 5 Friday to Sunday, 2013
Take time out to nourish and restore without the demands of normal day to day activities. There is the opportunity, space and time to unwind, to breathe and rejuvenate in a beautiful bush setting. With our minds less cluttered and busy we are able to come into our yoga practice with more clarity and focus, with time to observe and reflect and to BE rather than DO.
This retreat is open to anyone who has some yoga experience, is familiar with shoulderstand and is interested in deepening their yoga understanding.
Robyn has been practicing yoga since 1988 and is a Certified JI III Iyengar teacher. She has travelled to Pune India to study with the Iyengar family as well as attending their conventions in Australia. Robyn is also working with MS Australia and teaches classes for people with Multiple Sclerosis.
