We offer the Beginners/Intro Course 5 classes - once /week.
The introduction in Hatha Yoga following the guidance of the 8 limbs of Yoga, will provide time and informations about Asanas/Postures and the body anatomy understanding , Breathing, Relaxation, Meditation and more. After the 5 weeks course you will be able to comprehend and evaluate if yoga is what you are looking for.
Once you decide to keep going with your Yoga Journey, you have the choice to follow the level 1 classes or level 2 classes.
