The course is suitable for those who are completely new to yoga or those who want to hone their alignment skills and reconnect with their breath during their practice and is designed to create strength, flexibility and awareness of both body and breath.

Class numbers are kept small to ensure attention to all students.
After completion of the 6 week course, beginners can transition into vinyasa flow classes to further their practice.
Beginners can also purchase a 10 class pass for $180 (concession rate) - passes are valid for 2 months and for any class.
