Join Stephani Wallace for a Monthly Restorative Yoga Class  in line with the full moon, the most idyllic time to take some time out for yourself. Allow yourself to experience deep relaxation to help rebalance the nervous system and rejuvenate your body. The value of taking some time to relax in our fast paced lives cannot be underestimated, with stress being attributed to many of our modern illness. “Restore & Renew” classes will involve supported yoga asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation to bring a sense of deep relaxation.
