BABY OM 8WEEK YOGA COURSE
Our exciting BABY OM classes encourage new mums to joinin a gentle yoga class with their babies.A class seamlessly blending traditional asana with flowing movements to incorporate your baby. It provides new mums with an opportunity to bond on a deeper level with their child, to have some time to meet with other mums & participate in a weekly practice.You will learn some practical asanas forat home that incorporate your baby as well as partake in some wonderful breathing & chanting techniques to help calm!
Please leave the pram in the car, just bring the other essentials, suchas nappy bag & blanket. Please feed your baby before class ifpossible, no food permitted in studio.
