Louise Eddy, Director of In-Motion Lifestyle is a tennis player, and experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years experience in helping students to develop yoga practices that build strength and increase mobility to improve health and well-being.
Yoga will help you stay calm and focussed even in the most stressful times. Whether you are a beginner or if you haven’t had time or felt confident enough to attend our regular yoga group classes this small workshop is a great place to start or to resume a regular practise of yoga.
This workshop is for beginners or those wishing to go over foundations of a yoga practise as it will focus on flexibility, mobility, strength and breathing practises.
Cost is only $30 and includes Chai Tea afterwards!
