Come and join international yoga teacher Sanjay for some serious hips and hammies fun! Over 3 hours stretch and breathe your way to bliss through Power, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga styles.
Increasing your stretch and joint rotation takes time, but with a little help from Yin Yoga we can get there quicker by holding passive stretches for up to 5 minutes! Holding postures for this length of time ensures that we start to move from within our joints providing us with more permanent openings in the hips.
It is also a great way to help release stuck emotions and quite often you may find yourself laughing or even feeling some unresolved anger. This yoga workshop is a perfect space to feel and release these emotions.
