EMBODY LOVE WORKSHOP is a 2 hour transformational workshop for women that takes you on a journey toward self-acceptance. The goal is for you to set new intentions about how you feel, think, and speak to yourself and others. This workshop creates a safe container for emotional expression, exposes media myths, change the conversation from criticism to kindness, and teaches self-worth and purpose. You will discover that your body is more than an object to be compared and evaluated, but instead a temple for your beautiful soul. Workshop contents include:
