Yvette has been practicing Yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10. Her teachers have included Clive Sheridan, Simon Borg Olivier and Glenn Ceresoli. They have given her a variety of knowledge in different teaching styles. However Iyengar has been her main practice for the last 10 years. Based in India for the last 20 years she has taught there as well as Spain, Laos and Australia. She is a qualified Shiatsu practitioner and currently in her last months of finishing a Degree in Health Science Acupuncture.
