Children are natural yogis - watching them at play you will see them instinctively use their bodies in way that adults simply don't. At Stretch Yoga our kids yoga encourages your childs natural inner yogi with yoga infused with stories and play. We aim to teach children mindfulness techniques in a way that is interactive. and encourage children to use their bodies in ways that naturally help them to develop motor skills.Kids Yoga has been shown to help children concentrate and focus better at school, teaches them how to deal with stress through breathing and centreing and sets them up for a lifetime of health and wellness. With a focus on kindness, compassion, open-mindedness and inclusion, kids yoga is also a beautiful way to encourage children to use these traits in their daily life.
