The theme of this weekend is "Opening to the Infinite - Blissful Wellbeing". This retreat is led by Shanti Gowns and there are different sessions of meditation, yoga, breathing practice, discussion and philosophy over the Friday night and Saturday. In an increasingly confused world, everyone, from total beginners to seasoned practitioners, needs the help and acceptance from the open heart of a mentor.

10.00 - 12.00 noon Yoga - breathe, relax, stretch and heal
12.00 - 1.00pm Talk on Ayurvedic Health and Food
12.30 - 2.00pm Delicious vegetarian lunch
2.00 - 3.15pm Yoga Nidra - deep conscious relaxation
3.30 - 5.30pm Spiritual talk, questions and answers and we close with meditation
