This retreat will start with the general morning yoga class. Through the ancient, holistic practices that we will be doing, you will feel uplifted and nourished, and more able to consciously manage your mind and emotions. You will learn skills that will help you develop new attitudes towards life, keeping you centred and calm amidst the sometimes overwhelming ups and downs of life. Take some time out for yourself, these ancient practices bring so many benefits, they transform our lives. Guided throughout, suitable for beginners, everyone welcome. Bookings essential.

10.45 - 12.15pm Meditation and deep relaxation
12.15 - 1.30pm Lunch, please bring your own healthy lunch
1.30 - 2.00 A walk, weather permitting
2.00 - 3.00pm Philosophy and discussion
3.00 - 3.45pm Gentle yoga stretches
3.45 - 4.30pm Chanting and meditation
Registration opens at 8.30am We have mats, blankets and cushions you are welcome to use.
