Autumn Retreat

We focus on yoga for our large intestines and our lungs to help us feel more positive, clearer and definitely less stiff!! We get all levels attending our retreats including folks who've NEVER done any yoga and they say it's awesome!!!

Our retreats are really transformative and particularly the Autumn Retreat as it's all about the breath and efficient elimination so we get stronger to fight off colds, flu's and general fatigue as the weather starts to change and get cooler.
