Join Amanda for this structured 6-week beginners yoga course introducing the foundations and philosophy of yoga. Each week we will work through a specific group of poses including sun salutations, standing poses, balances, back bends, twists, forward bends and inversions, focusing on the correct alignment and benefits of each group of postures. In the final week we combine a series of postures from each group into a holistic, flowing class. Cost $120.
