4 Week Beginners Yoga & Meditation Course

We are commencing a SPECIAL 4 week Introduction to Yoga course with the opening of our new studio in Coogee.

The Workshops will provide a basic introduction of Kundalini Yoga + Meditation for new students, and will allow the more experienced students to get some clarity and background on the various applications of yoga and meditation.
