Over the past three weeks we have focused our attention on some of the key components of our asana practice – Forward Bends, Backward Bends and Hip Openers – all within the framework of the Twelve Basic Postures.
This week we will focus on Rotations: the principal rotations and their benefits; how to approach rotations safely; and the importance of breath.
