What is Kevali?
In this quiet practice space we have an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the link between breath and mind, Pranayama and Meditation.
We will explore two of the traditional practices of Hatha Yoga – Ujjayi pranayam and the Ajapa Gayatri mantra – and their place in bringing full awareness into our daily lives.
Join us for an open Hatha Yoga class at 10:30am following the Meditation class.
