Join Shri teachers, Sheila Ferguson and Lloyd Browne for The Sensory Sessions. Explore your ability to feel by bringing softer sensations to the forefront while challenging your perception of your body and how it moves. Real healing comes from deep inside when you’re present and grounded in the now, and these classes will will serve as an extraordinary catalyst for self-healing.
The Sensory Sessions will focus on finding your unique movement patterns using a variety of approaches including yoga, floor locomotion and dance. Once the dynamic work is done we will slow down and tap into the more subtle energies using pranayama and yin postures. All of this will lead us into a deep savasana and guided meditation, bathed in sound. Suitable for all levels.
