Robyn began practicing yoga when she left school. She trained as a yoga teacher with IYTA in 2006 and has been teaching her own classes as well as classes in inner city studios ,corporate workplaces and schools to teachers since her training. She is also a trained school teacher .

Robyn is currently studying with KYHF to be able to work designing practices for individuals . This augments her continuous professional development with IYTA and other international yoga teachers.

Paramount to her teaching is safe adaptions for the individual students.
