Description

 A restorative Gentle Pre -natal class focusing on asanas to strenthen and breathing practices to calm and centre. Suitable for prenatal  women who are more than 12 weeks pregnant with Dr approval. This class welcomes new yoga practicioners as well as those already practicing.
