Join Alison for a 6 week Mums and Bubs Yoga course..
We know how hard it can be to get to yoga with a little one, so we invite you to bring your Bub along, up until crawling age.
Classes Meet Thursdays 11-12pm, and focus on Mum specific yoga moves to help you strengthen all of the right areas.

We encourage you to come for the 6 week course to get the most out of the sessions, and we understand that it can be tricky sometimes, so we have included one free class in the 6 weeks (pay for 5, get 6)
