Join Lucy for her 4 week Breathing for Two program, meeting every Thursday night providing pregnant women with useful tools and guidance throughout their pregnancy and birth.
Breathing For Two teaches invaluable breathing tools and safe yoga positions during pregnancy that will assist the woman and her partners during pregnancy and birth. Developing a sense of community within the class, with their babies and each other.
Program is being held each Thursday from 7:30pm-8:45pm at Rise Yoga & Wellness, Richmond.
4 x weekly Breathing For Two Sessions Starting Thurs 12th October
1 Optional Couples Workshop Satuday 5th Novemer 11am-1pm
Breathing for Two will:
-Give you time to stop, be present to yourself, your breath and -your baby
-Prepare your mind and body for labour
-Develop stamina and strength for labour
-Calm the nervous system
-Improve Balance and Concentration
-Receive tension in the lower back, hips, chest, neck and shoulders
-Connect you with your unborn child
-Promote a sense of peace and community
