Description
This Therapeutic Yoga Workshop is designed as a group session catering to individual needs. Maximum number of students is 6. Bookings only thank you.
If you suffer from Chronic Fatigue, MS, Asthma, Insomnia, Achy legs, or just want a personalised sequence to take home, this is for you.
There will be times particularly at the beginning & end of the session when all participants will be united in their sequence.
A nominated portion of $10 from your $60 cost will be accumulated to sponsor Ramana's Garden Childrens Home in Rishikesh, India. This I will personally deliver as I too continue my yogic awakening and practice.
