Tara has been studying yoga around the globe since 2001. Through the 8 limbs of yoga she has discovered how asana, pranayama and meditation are a vehicle to attain healing and transformation. As a teacher her purpose is to inspire her students to believe through yoga- everything is possible. Tara’s dynamic flow weaves yogic philosophy with the wisdom of teachers from many traditions.
