In this deep Yin practice, moving deep set fascia, we work with the energy lines for Late Summer (stomach and spleen) and for for Autumn (Lungs and Large Intestine).

When the Stomach-Spleen system isn't working too well then we feel worried and insecure. When it is all functioning well then we feel empathetic, and nourished.
When the Lung and Large Intestine and their energy systems are functioning well we have an ability to let go and move forward. When they're not in balance there's a sense of grief or depression.
