Pranayama is a scientific method of different breathing techniques that clams the nervous system and strengthens the whole respiratory system. As the mind is controlling the body, so the breath is controlling the mind.
This method of pranayama is taught by the Indian master Sri O.P. Tiwari in the lineage and tradition of Swami Kuvalayananda, the founder of the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute.
In this 4-day course you will learn the basics of different pranayama exercises and cleaning techniques for the body. The course is suitable for all levels and the practices are built up gently and gradually.
In the end of the course you'll receive a personal pranayama practice which you can continue at home.
Merja and Daniel are teachers of Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama. They have studied the method of Pranayama with their Indian teacher Sri O.P. Tiwari and with Mr. Paul Dallaghan.
They have given workshops in France, Italy, Finland, Peru, Venezuela and Panama.
