We empower people through workshops, community collaborations and local and global projects.

The idea of the Movie, Munch and Mingle is to start a conversation about forming a bridge between yoga practitioners, community leaders, social entrepreneurs, and activists. That is, the way in which yoga practitioners can take the 'practice' they have done on their mat out into the real world and find a larger expression of yoga in the pursuit of positive change.
