Ashtanga yoga is an exhilarating and flowing Yoga style founded by Sri Pattabhi Jois.
In this foundation course you will learn the Primary Series. As you become familiar with the sequence of postures, the practice becomes an intense, moving meditation, building strength, heat, balance, focus and relaxation. It will nourish you physically and spiritually.The dynamic series of postures develops a light, strong body and a calm mind. It is our most “gymnastic” yoga style, building heat and purifying the body.
This course suits everyone from complete beginners to regular students. These courses will prepare you to join any of our General or Level 1 casual classes.
