Confidently teach with precision the repertoire at the foundation and basic level in a group setting, while meeting individual needs.
Communicate the priciples of Pilates
Completely demonstrate various exercises
Design lesson plans
Suitably modify 'break down' exercises for individuals needs

32 hours teacher training over 2.5 weekends
