The Absolute Beginners Course in Hatha Yoga and Meditation is specially designed for people who have never done any yoga before.The class is just what the name says- For Absolute Beginners.The perfect way to start your yoga journey. The course offers a fun and supporting environment so you feel comfortable to try something you have never tried before.You don't need to be flexible to start, but from the first class you will feel benefits. Our introductory courses are a wonderful blend of Meditation practices, yoga postures & breathing techniques leading to deep relaxation and healing of mind and body. The cost is inclusive a free yoga mat and one 75 min. class consisting of yoga postures, pranayama and meditation every week for a duration of 4 weeks. Option to do a make up class within the 4 week duration of the course is available. Make up class can be done only during the term of the course.
