Yang/Yin Day Retreat

Starting with a 2hr Yang Yoga practice in the morning - Yang being our flow, our heat, our sun, our masculinity, our strength.  Following the practice we will rest and enjoy a delicious light lunch before we melt away into a meditation/relaxation practice before finding our Yin - a 1hr Yin Yoga practice completing the day, Yin being our hold, our cool, our moon, our femininity, our vulnerability.  Finishing up in Savasana with a gorgeous head massage :)  

Retreat price is $45 or $40 concession and includes lunch and drinks. 

The day retreat is suitable to all including Beginners - this is Yin/Yang - balance, strength/vulnerability, strive/rest :)
