Description
Suitable for bubs from 6 weeks to crawling confidently (for older give me a call). A gentle, fun class bringing mum back to the outside world, back to a practise based on strengthening the body and celebrating the connection between mum and bub. These classes are very relaxed - feeding and nappy changing can be done as required, crying happens (usually not the mums!), all poses include baby and each class includes time for baby massage. Dads in place of mums very welcome!
