The Yamas & Niyamas are the first two limbs of yoga (yep there's 8 whole limbs!) and are the basis of all yogic philosophy. This workshop will begin with a discussion on the 10 Yamas and Niyamas, how they relate to modern life and how to use them in your yoga practice to deepen each and every pose. 20% theory, 80% practice. 100% Yoga :)
