Join us for an afternoon session of delicious yin yoga – the perfect balance if you have a regular practice of strength or power focused classes, or spend a lot of time running or playing sport. Sit in stillness for a while, and watch your reactions as you stretch deeply into the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine, and stretch out tightness in the sides of the body. Start to release long held tension, create more space and improve mobility in the joints. Includes guided meditation & refreshments.
