If most of your movement/exercise is geared towards strength training, running, or more "power" style yoga classes, Yin Yoga can provide a balance - we sit in stillness and feel into deeper layers. In this session we will be making use of props, holding poses for longer and exploring your reactions as you feel into the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Create more space and mobility, and start to release long held tension. Includes guided meditation, and tea at the conclusion.
