Every season is an energetic transformation, never still, always moving away from one state towards the next. The Five Element Theory describes this flow and informs our practise of Japanese yoga. Focusing intentions, eating consciously, breathing and chanting all keep us in pace with the rhythms and energies of the year. True natural health.
